Visiting St. Augustine for the holidays we were looking for a seafood market. We happened upon Fresh Market Island at 1830 A1A S, St. Augustine, FL 32080. Let me tell you, this market is a treasure. Their meat selection is excellent and we'll be back to pick up beef. We were able to purchase fresh wild caught shrimp for our dinner tonight along with the gourmet mustard and mushrooms we were needing for the Beef Wellington for Christmas eve dinner. We picked up a smoked fish dip to snack on and a Bridge of Lions mixed berry Traffic Jam for biscuits for Christmas morning. We visited with the owner, Donna and she invited us to come celebrate at the store with them Christmas eve. With an superb wine and cheese selection this little store is a must visit.

I love this shop! The prepared meals are so delicious and the perfect amount for two people. Pared with one of their sides and a bottle of wine and your set for a perfect meal! The steaks and fresh tuna are also faves of ours! Try them, you'll love them too!
